Sandy has worked actively on environmental protection issues in Arizona for the past 28 years, both as a volunteer and as staff for various organizations.
Matt Henigan is Deputy Director of Materials Management and Local Assistance at CalRecycle, California’s Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery. He served as Deputy Secretary for Sustainability in the Office of Governmental Operations for the last four years of the Brown Administration in California.
