Republicans and Trump are trying to strip millions of Americans of their health care insurance. Despite losing the House of Representatives over a lack of direction on health care, Republicans are still trying to derail the Affordable Care Act, or ACA, by appealing to the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to overturn it. We need to all take notice and contact our two U.S. Senators and our Congressmen immediately. (Trump, GOP states want to kill ACA, 5/2/19, A4)
Despite claiming that he is going to replace the ACA with a “fantastic” healthcare plan, Trump has yet to do it. Last week’s article clearly states that our President has no plan. “President Donald Trump, who never produced a health insurance plan to replace “Obamacare”, is now promising one after the 2020 election.” He cannot be trusted to produce a plan. Even if Trump does create a plan, 2020 would be too late for the millions of Americans who would loose their medical insurance in the interim. The health of America is at stake.
Call your federal representatives in Washington D.C. and let them know you will not tolerate the ACA being destroyed without even an idea as to how to replace it.
