Like most cities in Arizona, Flagstaff’s election for City Council is non-partisan. Nonetheless, we get calls asking about candidates. For your information, all six candidates running for the three open seats are registered Democrats. In the Mayoral race, Paul Deasy is a Democratic and his opponent is a Republican.
