HB 2679 – OPPOSE – Would relieve electric utilities of responsibility for wild fires caused by their infrastructure and would allow them to issue bonds to pay for debt in assets without proper accountability, oversight, or consumer protection, and could shift major costs to future ratepayers.
SB 1150 – OPPOSE – STRIKER – Contains numerous new mandates for wind energy generation.
SB 1052 – OPPOSE – ROGERS – Would ban some U.S. citizens from voting in Arizona.
SB 1091 – OPPOSE – Would require ballots in school district bond and budget override continuation elections state how much voter’s taxes would drop if not approved.
SB 1116 – OPPOSE – Would fast track developers applications for alternative groundwater models – would further allow developers to by-pass groundwater restrictions.
HB 2022 – OPPOSE – Would allow certain individuals to carry loaded guns on school campuses.
SB 1020 – OPPOSE – ROGERS – Would prohibit universities and community colleges from banning ANYONE with a concealed weapons permit from possessing, storing or transporting guns on campus.

SB 1256 – OPPOSE – Would prohibit the use of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs for hiring, training, or promotion purposes by the State or any of it agencies, boards, commissions, or departments. It further defines DEI as any program that mandates participation n activities aimed at justifying differential treatment based on sex, color, gender, ethnicity, gender identity or sexual orientation.
HB 2880 – OPPOSE – Would ban “unauthorized encampments” on university and community college campuses. Simply an attempt to restrict student protests.
HB 2017 – OPPOSE – Would ban voting centers in Arizona and return the state to precinct-based voting. Voting centers allow voters to vote regardless of what precinct they live in in the county.
HB 2154 – OPPOSE – Would remove the requirement to try and contact a voter to update their address if a ballot notice is returned undeliverable.
HB 2440 – OPPOSE – Would prohibit the prosecution of a county supervisor for failure to certify an election!
HB 2651 – OPPOSE – Would ban all electronic voting equipment unless it meets Department of Defense cybersecurity standards, all pieces are made in the U.S., and the auditor general is given copies of source codes. This type of equipment does NOT exist. Inspired by endless conspiracy theories. Same bill vetoed in 2023.
HB 2824 – OPPOSE – Would allow the legislature to arrest anyone who refuses to appear before a committee after served a subpoena.
