Yesterday, two important ballot initiatives survived the initial court challenge: Stop Dark Money and Medical Debt Relief. We expect a similar ruling on the Fair Elections Measure soon — the trial of that one ended yesterday. Still, the opponents are appealing to the Ducey-packed Arizona Supreme Court, so we shall see.
