The Arizona House is back in session and bills are flying fast. Please RTS on these ASAP:
SCR 1003 – OPPOSE – Would increase the exemption from property tax of property used for agriculture, trade or business from $185,000 to $1 Million. This would be a tax cut and cost the general fund about $1.5 Million per year. (not available for RTS, but can be opposed through “My Bill Positions”)
SB 1397 – SUPPORT – Would provide limited protection for Arizonans for pre-existing conditions should the Federal government declares the Affordable Care Act unconstitutional.
