COCONINO COUNTY
Coconino County Board of Supervisors Update 1-31-21
#1 Priority for the County is vaccine distribution. SHORTAGE OF VACCINE is key to current distribution issues. The County has the capacity, meaning they are ready to get the vaccine into people’s arms with facilities now available and soon to be available (partner sources such as FMC, North Country, drug stores such as Safeway and Frys, and more) in Flagstaff, Page, Williams, Fredonia and the Navajo reservation.
Partners with the County are available on Coconino County webpage: coconino.az. gov/2547/vaccine-info. Links with info about phone#, scheduling, and locations are on these sites. Each has their own system of registering.
The County has an info line at 928-679-7300 M-F 8am-7pm, Saturday/Sunday 8am-3pm where you can get up-to-date info on where you can get the vaccine and/or needing help with transportation, scheduling, etc. This service is especially important for seniors and callback is rapid.
Presently 1a and 1b populations including adults 65 and over are eligible for the vaccine. As vaccine becomes available more categories will open up. Check county site daily for the most current info on vaccine sites and availability.
