When voters complained about sharpies last November, Republican Attorney General Mark Brnovich was all over it. However, when Secretary of State Katie Hobbs asked him to investigate whether Cyber Ninjas are breaking state laws, he said the media reports she cited “does not meet the standard of a credible allegation.”
Luckily, a Superior Court Judge disagreed and issued a restraining order on the use of pens that could change ballots and requiring Cyber Ninjas and State Senate President Fann to produce their procedures for the fake audit by Monday morning.
Remember where Brnovich stood when he next runs for office.
