The Primary Election has determined our federal, state, and county nominees for the upcoming General Election. We have a strong slate of candidates who are qualified to hold government offices and eager to serve all their constituents regardless of party. The Republican Party in Arizona, sadly, has nominated a full slate of ultra-MAGA candidates, including Mark Finchem, who was part of the insurrectionist mob at the Capitol on January 6, 2021. The notion that such a person could fairly or rationally administer our state’s election system is appalling.
