LET’S THANK SEN. KELLY FOR HIS COURAGEOUS STAND ON THE FILIBUSTER AND VOTING RIGHTS.
We are all disappointed with Sen. Sinema. When she cast her vote against any modification of the filibuster on voting rights she automatically received a vote of no confidence from the ADP state committee based on the party resolution adopted on September 25, 2021. Yesterday, the ADP Executive Board censored her. It’s time to move on from giving her the attention (negative or positive) that she seems to enjoy. Let’s thank Sen. Kelly for his courageous stand. Since there are a ton of state legislative issues this will be our only federal legislative ask this week. Please thank Sen. Kelly and let’s get moving on the state issues!
